How it works:

  • After placing an order you’ll be automatically logged in to your account, you can also always log in with the credentials you’ve provided during registration
  • From there you can access a list of all your present orders
  • Links to OnDemand webinars or registration links to live webinars can be found in the details for each order displayed in the list
  • You will also receive the receipt containing the link(s) by email, please make sure to also check the spam folder as emails containing links sometimes are mislabeled

  • Please notice: If you were using Paypal as payment processor the purchase is not verified instantly, as it is with Credit Card payments, so there might be a delay in the delivery of the email containing the receipt
  • Please notice: If you have purchased a Lorman product the receipt and all needed information will be emailed to you by Lorman directly
