These deficiencies lead to conflict, adding time, money, and expense to design professionals and their owner clients as they attempt to navigate challenges during the construction process. Anticipating these issues up front helps avoid animosity between contracting partners. You will learn to spot issues critical to defining, with specificity, provisions that most often trip up design professionals in executing and administering their Projects. You will also learn the importance of notice provisions, and how to set up an appropriate claims administration procedure issues cannot be resolved informally.
