Efficiency implies mastering routine, but adaptability means mastering the process of deliberately changing routine. Adaptability is disruptive. It allows an organization or an individual to change and create deliberately and continually. It entails deliberate discontentlooking for new opportunities, problems, trends, technologies, ideas, and methods that may dramatically improve or completely change routines or introduce new processes. You will learn that adaptability can be conceptualized as creative problemsolving. With mastery of problem solving also comes selfesteem in work and home applications.
